Grant Application
Do you have an original idea that you would like to get started? Is
there already a fabulous program that needs more support? Print off
a Grant Application and submit it to the Foundation. We review
grants once in the Fall and once in the Spring. Questions can
be submitted to grants@plsaef.org
The next grant application deadline is
April 1, 2010.
Grant applications must
be received by 5 pm on the designated date in order to be considered
for funding.
Download the Grant Application form here in either PDF or Word formats.
Remember,
your application is the only information we receive regarding your
project. Make sure it is well written, so we fully understand how great
your idea is! As an aid, please use our guidelines for writing grants.
They are under "Grant Guidelines" on this page.
